1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of voluram.com and set out the standard conditions under which Voluram Technologies provides website design, hosting, and custom software development services. Specific deliverables, fees, and service level commitments are confirmed in an individual written project agreement.
2. Website plans and hosting
Monthly subscription plans include cloud hosting, ongoing maintenance, and technical support. Domain registration and annual renewals are billed separately. By default, Voluram manages DNS and domain renewals, or clients may opt to manage their own domain directly.
3. Custom software development
Custom systems are scoped individually starting from Ksh 5,000. Work proceeds upon written agreement of the milestone schedule. Full source code ownership, intellectual property rights, and licensing terms are explicitly assigned in writing upon full payment.
4. Payment terms & integrations
Client websites featuring Safaricom M-Pesa STK push require a verified merchant account (Paybill or Buy Goods Till). Customer payments settle directly into your merchant account; Voluram never takes a cut or holds customer funds.
